Event Terms and Conditions 

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission

1.1. All tickets must be purchased through this platform

1.2. Tickets are valid for single admission only and cannot be duplicated, resold, or transferred without prior written consent from the Event Organiser.

1.3. Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed).

2. Refunds & Cancellations

2.1. All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the Event is cancelled by the Organiser.

3. Event Changes

3.1. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event program, speakers, schedule, or venue at any time without prior notice.

3.2. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless the Event itself is cancelled.

4. Conduct & Participation

4.1. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior without refund.

4.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse will not be tolerated.

5. Liability & Responsibility

5.1. Attendees participate at their own risk. The Organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by negligence of the Organiser.

5.2. The Organiser is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or technical failures) that may affect the Event.

6. Photography & Media

6.1. The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in promotional materials without compensation.

6.2. Attendees may take personal photos or videos but may not record entire sessions or distribute content for commercial purposes without prior approval.

7. Data Protection

7.1. Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7.2. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive relevant communications about the Event. You may opt out at any time.
