To maintain the pristine condition of our studio and uphold our high standards, we require a damage deposit to be included with every booking.
Simply add our damage deposit item to your cart and complete the purchase during checkout. Once you finish your rental and our team performs the necessary inspections, your deposit will be refunded. Please see the full terms and conditions below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Damage Deposits
- All event bookings are required to add a damages deposit alongside their selected booking. Failure to do so could lead to cancellation of hire.
- Purpose: The damage deposit acts as a security measure to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning that may occur during your booking.
Ā - Refund Process: After your session or event, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If no issues are found, your deposit will be refunded promptly.
- A Ā£100 damage deposit is required for events. This deposit will be refunded after the event, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning needed.
