Host your special event in our studio and indulge in the luxury of having the entire space to yourself. Enjoy elegant and timeless backdrops that are perfect for capturing memorable moments and creating the ideal atmosphere for your occasion.

Additional Information:

Private events can encompass workshops, corporate meetings, or social gatherings.
- Rental includes essential amenities, seating, and setup assistance.
- Décor and catering options can be arranged for an additional charge.
- Max capacity is 30 seated / 45 standing (we provide seating, please let us know in advance)

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Damage Deposits

- All bookings are required to add a damages deposit alongside their selected booking. Failure to do so could lead to cancellation of hire.

- Purpose: The damage deposit acts as a security measure to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning that may occur during your booking.

- Refunds: No refunds will be issued on this purchase, we allow up to 1 reschedule per booking (please see below for further details)

 - Deposit Refund Process: After your session or event, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If no issues are found, your deposit will be refunded promptly.

- A £50 damage deposit is required for content sessions. This deposit will be refunded after the session, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning needed.

- A £100 damage deposit is required for events. This deposit will be refunded after the event, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning needed.

2. Booking and Payment

- Securing Your Date: To ensure your desired date and time, payment must be made at the time of booking. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and guarantees your reservation.

- 24-Hour Hold: If payment isn't received within 24 hours, we will release the date, allowing other clients the opportunity to book the studio.

3. Rescheduling

- Flexibility: We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we allow rescheduling up to 48 hours in advance. However, to keep our operations smooth, each booking can only be rescheduled once.

- Time Frame for New Dates: Rescheduled dates must be within one month of the original booking to ensure availability and minimize disruptions.

4. Cancellation Policy

- Forfeiture of Payment: If you need to cancel your booking, please be aware that any payments made will be non-refundable. This policy helps us manage our calendar and accommodate other clients.

5. Time Allocation

- Understanding Your Slot: The time you book includes the entire duration for set-up, the main event, and any necessary clean-up. Arriving late will reduce your available time, as the booking will still start at the originally scheduled time.

6. Extensions

- Need More Time? If you find yourself needing extra time during your session or event, we offer extensions at the specified hourly rates. This allows for flexibility while managing studio resources.

- If needed, you may extend your stay at the following rates: £80 per hour for content sessions and £100 per hour for events.

7. Visitor Policy

- Safety and Supervision: We prioritize a safe environment. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to ensure proper supervision and adherence to safety guidelines.

8. Pets

- Studio Environment: We love animals, but they can impact the cleanliness and safety of our studio. If you need to bring a pet, please get prior approval and be prepared for an additional deep cleaning fee.

-An additional £50 fee will apply for a deep clean if animals are brought in

9. Additional Fees

- Transparency: If any additional fees arise (e.g., for extra cleaning or damage), these will be deducted from your damage deposit. This policy ensures clarity on financial responsibilities.

10. Studio Transition

- Separate Bookings: To maintain organisation and cleanliness, contents from one studio cannot be transferred to another without incurring additional charges. This helps us keep each space in optimal condition.

11. Electrical Safety

- Safety First: Our policy regarding electrical equipment is designed to prevent hazards. Overloading circuits can cause safety issues, so please adhere to the guidelines for using extension leads.

- Only one extension lead may be used per socket; do not plug extension leads into one another. Overloading the circuit will result in a £50 call-out fee.

12. Fire Safety

- Strict Guidelines: The use of open flames or flammable items is prohibited to ensure the safety of all clients and staff. If you require such items for your event, please discuss alternatives with our staff.fee.

13. Staffing for Events

- Large Gatherings: For events with over 20 guests, we require staff presence to manage safety and support. This ensures that everything runs smoothly and safely during your event.

-If a member of our staff is required to be present our rates start from £25 per hour per staff member.

14. Seasonal Backdrops

- Creative Opportunities: We often set up seasonal backdrops to enhance your experience. These elements are integral to our studio's aesthetic and cannot be altered or removed by clients.

15. Emergency Protocol

- Preparedness: In case of emergencies, it's crucial to know whom to contact. Our provided information booklet will detail emergency contacts and procedures to ensure safety and quick response.

16. Risk Acknowledgment

- Personal Responsibility: By entering the studio, clients acknowledge they do so at their own risk and agree to follow all studio policies, which are designed to maintain a safe and productive environment.

These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information concerning participation by you and members of your party and, accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept these Booking Terms and Conditions.

No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Empowher Studios.

Empowher Studios reserves the right to make changes to the studio whether to conform with any applicable safety, other statutory requirements or otherwise.
