FULL DAY CONTENT STUDIO HIRE

1. Booking and Payment

• Securing Your Date: Your booking is confirmed once payment has been made. This guarantees your chosen date and time and helps us manage our schedule.

• 24-Hour Hold: If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, your provisional slot will be released and made available to other clients.

2. Refunds

• Refund Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. However, we do allow one reschedule per booking (see Section 3 below).

3. Rescheduling

• Flexibility: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your session. Each booking may only be rescheduled once.

• New Date Window: Rescheduled sessions must take place within one month of the original date.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable Payments: If you cancel your booking, all payments made will be forfeited.

5. Time Allocation

• Understanding Your Slot: Your booking time includes set-up, the session/event itself, and clean-up. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

6. Extensions

• Additional Time: Extra time can be added (subject to availability) at the following rates:

  • £40 per hour for content sessions

  • £80 per hour for events

    Tip: Booking extra time in advance is usually more cost-effective.

7. Visitor Policy

• Under 18s: Any visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

8. Pets

• Studio Environment: Pets are not generally permitted. If you require a pet on-site, prior approval is needed. A £50 deep cleaning fee will apply.

9. Additional Fees

• Transparency: Any extra charges (e.g. cleaning, damages) will be confirmed with you after a post-session inspection. We document the studio before and after use to ensure fairness. Any criminal or purposeful damage will be reported to authorities.

10. Studio Transition

• Separate Spaces: Items from one studio cannot be transferred to another without approval. Additional charges will apply if this policy is not followed.

11. Electrical Safety

• Safe Usage: Only one extension lead is permitted per socket. Extension leads must not be plugged into each other.

• Call-Out Fee: Overloading circuits will result in a £50 call-out fee.

12. Fire Safety

• No Open Flames: The use of candles, open flames, or flammable items is strictly prohibited. Please discuss safe alternatives with our team if required.

13. Staffing for Events

• Large Events: For gatherings of more than 20 guests, Empowher Studios staff must be present.

• Rates: Staffing starts from £25 per hour, per staff member.

14. Seasonal Backdrops

• Studio Aesthetic: Seasonal backdrops and décor are part of the studio setup and cannot be moved or altered by clients.

15. Emergency Protocol

• Preparedness: Emergency contacts and procedures will be provided in your client information pack. Please familiarise yourself with this upon arrival.

16. Risk Acknowledgment

• Personal Responsibility: By entering Empowher Studios, you accept responsibility for your own safety and agree to follow all studio policies.

Final Note

These terms are designed to ensure that all clients enjoy a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience at Empowher Studios. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that all members of your party are also made aware of them.

No changes to these Terms and Conditions will be valid unless agreed in writing by Empowher Studios. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the studio as required, including compliance with safety and legal regulations.
